Rental Terms and Conditions

This is our private golf villa vacation home. We rent our home with the expectation that it will be cared for as if you were a guest in a friend's house.

  • Maximum occupancy is 8 persons
  • 2 night minimum stay
  • 3 night minimum stay for holidays
  • A cleaning fee of $50.00 is added to each reservation

Golf Season: May 1 - September 1

Holidays: Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July,and Valentines Day add $50.00 a night .

Off Season: All other times.

The Cabin is tobacco free. Assistive pets only allowed.

The cabin is not handicapped accessible.

A $500.00 refundable security deposit holds your reservation. Until a security deposit is received, reservations are subject to prior booking. Full payment for all nights reserved and $50.00 cleaning fee is due 14 days prior to occupancy. This payment is nonrefundable unless the cabin is rebooked. Linens service is included.

Missing/damaged items or unusual cleaning requirements will be deducted from deposit refund.

Any cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date to receive your security deposit refund.
